“My work is inspired by the intricate textures and formations in nature. Everything in nature is an art form but it is the close up detail that intrigues me. I take this detail, zoom in and expand it with my technique onto the canvas.
On completion I name each piece by what I see and how it makes me feel, but it’s not what I see and feel in the piece that’s ultimately important to me. It’s what it means to you and how it makes you feel, that is the most rewarding part of my work”
